HYPOTHESIS: The reason EA isn't seeing a repro is because of the unclear methods of getting this bug to happen. (Randomize Sister and Randomize Mother get body hair too.) Notably, the "Randomize" button does NOT appear to randomly add body hair to female Sims (male yes, female no), but the "Play with genetics" options gets it really easily. No High School pack here, so no option to turn anything off. They'll spawn with chest hair in other circumstances too, but this is an INCREDIBLY easy repro. More than half the time, they spawn with chest hair. Re-roll ("Randomize Daughter") over and over again. Create a new family (this can be by starting a new game a save file is irrelevant for these repro steps.) Who needs a save file?
